Objectives:

Students who complete the Postgraduate Diploma should:

  • achieve fluency in spoken French in a variety of registers;
  • acquire advanced writing skills and be able to express abstract concepts in French;
  • develop an understanding of a number of areas of Francophone literature, culture and/or linguistics, and be able to reflect critically on them.
Structure & Available Subjects:

The Postgraduate Diploma in Arts in this area of specialisation requires:

  • Thesis subject (50 points)
  • One compulsory subjects (12.5 points)
  • Three elective subjects (37.5 points)

Total 100 points
