|Subject Overview:||The subject focuses on the role of multimedia and the web for human communication and learning in educational contexts. The subject is suitable for all educators interested in combining practical activities with learning about associated techniques and theories. Among the topics that could be included in the subject are: applications of multimedia in educational contexts; technology used in education for telecommunication; resources, retrieval and publishing on the Web; issues of access, equity and ethics related to the use of multimedia and communications technology.|
