This course is only available to students who were enrolled in the Bachelor of Planning and Design (Property and Construction). Students may need to consult with a Student Adviser for enrolment advice.
The BPC is a one-year, full-time course of 100 points. Depending on the stream taken, it is recognised by the Australian Institute of Building, the Chartered Institute of Building Australia, the Australian Property Institute, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia, the Singpore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers and the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. All prospective students (including BPD graduates) must apply through the Faculty's Admission's Office.

|Entry Requirements:||Entry from the BPD requires completion of the BPD (Property and Construction) and a period of approved practical experience in the property or construction industries. One year is recommended but a minimum of six months is required. Entry from other faculties and institutions normally requires that applicants hold a three-year degree in an appropriate discipline (such as building, quantity surveying, architecture, engineering) and have practical experience in the property or construction industries. Applicants may be required to undertake preliminary studies to compensate for deficiencies in their previous studies.|
