Time Commitment: | Contact Hours: 1 two-hour rehearsal per week during the semester and participation in extra rehearsals and performances as directed Total Time Commitment: 60 hours | ||||||||||||

A result of not less than 75% in 740-372 Chamber Orchestra 3-1, or by permission of the coordinator. The minimum level of performance required for chamber orchestra would be equivalent to AMEB A. Mus. A or a very high grade for VCE solo performance | ||||||||||||

Satisfactory attendance and participation in rehearsals (50%); participation in concert (50%) Less than 80% attendance will result in a fail. |

Breadth Options: | This subject is a level 2 or level 3 subject and is not available to new generation degree students as a breadth option in 2008. This subject or an equivalent will be available as breadth in the future. Breadth subjects are currently being developed and these existing subject details can be used as guide to the type of options that might be available. 2009 subjects to be offered as breadth will be finalised before re-enrolment for 2009 starts in early October. |
