An introduction to the operation of an Australian development agency through a practical placement. Students will gain experience in the day-to-day running of the agency, and in fields such as policy analysis, project-related research, project design and project evaluation.
|Assessment:||Assessment by supervisor of the host organisation equivalent 1500 words 30% (assessed across semester); oral presentation and written report equivalent to 1000 words 20% (due during semester); and a major essay equivalent to 2500 words 50% (due at the end of semester).|
