Course Overview:	The graduate diploma is similar to an undergraduate major and offers a comprehensive program of study in ancient and medieval studies. The course is suitable for general interest or professional development purposes and does not require a research project or thesis. Objectives:	Students who complete the graduate diploma should: demonstrate a knowledge of several significant areas in the study of ancient and medieval studies understand the main theories and concepts relating to these areas of study; appreciate the significance of these areas and issues in the context of ancient and medieval studies as a discipline; develop skills of analysis in relation to specific areas of ancient and medieval culture
Course Structure & Available Subjects:	a maximum of one first year subject a minimum of seven second/third and/or third/fourth year subjects A total of 100 points - subjects are 12.5 points each, unless indicated otherwise.

Entry Requirements:	The minimum entry requirement is: an undergraduate degree in any discipline.
