Time Commitment: | Contact Hours: One 1-hour individual lession per week; instrumental/vocal class as arranged; either concert class or orchestral related ensemble (for strings, woodwind, brass and percussion) as directed by the head of instrumental area Total Time Commitment: Contact as above plus sustained practice time in consultation with individual practical teacher | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

Subject Overview: |
Students will develop a thorough technical background to cope with all stylistic demands. Areas to be covered include advanced study of instrumental or vocal technique and all related aspects of music performance. In addition, classes in the repertoire and materials of the instrument will be undertaken. |
