Students will develop instrumental or vocal technique to a level appropriate to a fifth year of study and sophisticated awareness of the stylistic and interpretative characteristics of the repertory studied. Other classes assigned include Piano Class, Vocal Masterclass, Woodwind Workshop, Strings Class and Brass Class.

Students will aim to broaden their experience and understanding of musical performance and extend their musical repertory.
A 30-minute examination at the end of candidature of an approved program.
Program Approval Forms must be collected from and submitted to the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music for approval no later than April 30 for candidates to be examined in Semester 1 or August 31 for candidates to be examined in Semester 2.
