This subject asks: What are the kinds of questions creative writing academics address to texts? What are the critical tools, frameworks, and theories that are relevant to creative writing theses? We will select from the past 10 years a number of completed CW thesis dissertations to read and analyse, critique and assess. Finally we will look at the examiners reports in relation to our own assessments of these theses. The subject will be conducted as a series of seminars with student presentations.
Students who completes this subject should have:
Presentation equivalent to 2500 words, due throughout semester (100%)
