Subject Overview: |
This subject attempts to develop an understanding of the range of contemporary management practices designed around manipulating grapevine capacity and fruit quality in order to optimize grower returns. Emphasis is also placed on understanding requirements for vineyard establishment and management within a sustainable environmental management framework. |
