The last intake to this course was in 2008. The Bachelor of Teaching is a two-year full-time graduate-entry degree for students who have already successfully completed an undergraduate degree. Part-time studies are not available. The course prepares teachers for the special requirements of primary teaching. Features of the course include:

Subject Options: | First yearSubject Study Period Commencement: Credit Points: Second yearSubject Study Period Commencement: Credit Points: Students may, if eligible, undertake Subject Study Period Commencement: Credit Points: LOTE (Primary)Students may, if eligible, undertake 483-244 Learning Area: LOTE (Primary). Students undertaking the LOTE option will not enrol in 460-424 Research Project but replace this with 483-244 Learning Area: LOTE (Primary). However, if pursuing an honours degree and permission is granted to enrol in the honours project, then this must be completed in addition to 482-244 Learning Area: LOTE (Primary). Students must also undertake 483-850 Professional Practice: Modern Languages Education instead of 476-203 Teaching: Professional Perpectives.
