The Executive Master of Arts (EMA) is designed for graduates who are eager to shape leadership roles for themselves in the 21st century. It is a program which recognises the unique benefits of combining traditional Arts strengths in analysis, ethics and critical reasoning with a skill set appropriate for managing resources, planning projects and delivering results in a dynamic contemporary environment.

Duration: 1 year full-time / up to 2 years part-time

The Executive Master of Arts 100 point program requires:

  • eight compulsory subjects (100 points)

Year One - Summer/Semester One

4 compulsory subjects (50 points)

  • MGMT90132 Professional Communication

Year One - Winter/Semester Two

4 compulsory subjects (50 points)

  • MGMT90126 Budget and Financial Management
  • MGMT90128 Project Management
  • MGMT90160 The Secret Life of Organisations
  • MGMT90130 Internship I
