Subject Overview: This subject is concerned with building a framework of knowledge to gain an understanding of organisations. Particular attention is given to the roles of individuals, groups and teams, and to organizational structures. The subject explores current issues affecting organisations and provides an opportunity for the exploration of a range of organizational arrangements that are now making their appearance in different settings.

Assessment: Two papers of 4,000 words (50 per cent each) or one paper of 8,000 words (100 per cent).
