Objectives: |
This subject introduces the role and functions of people managers, and develops practical skills and knowledge for performing these functions. At the end of the course students should be able to: • Understand and describe the role and functions of management, supervision and leadership; |
Assessment: | One two-hour written examination (worth 40%) and two assignments equivalent to 2500 words (each worth 30%). |
