Technology in Language Learning specialisation

Coursework only

• one compulsory subject (12.5 points)
• three core subjects (one undergraduate core subject and two graduate core subjects (37.5 points) (Undergraduate Core subjects must be taken in the first 100 points of the program)
• twelve elective subjects (150 points) (up to three can be undergraduate elective subjects which must be taken in the first 100 points of the program)

OR Coursework and Minor Thesis

• one compulsory subject (12.5 points)
• three core subjects (one undergraduate core subject and two graduate core subjects) (37.5 points) (Undergraduate Core subjects must be taken in the first 100 points of the program)
• ten elective subjects (125 points) (up to three can be undergraduate elective subjects which must be taken in the first 100 points of the program)
• Minor Thesis (25 points)

Students taking LING90010 Minor Thesis should do so in the final semester of their course and must have completed or be concurrently enrolled in Research and Applied Linguistics (LING90003).

Undergraduate Core Subjects

Students enrolled in the Technology and Language Learning specialisation should take one of the following undergraduate core subject as part of their first 100 points in the program

Graduate Core Subjects

Students enrolled in the Technology and Language Learning specialisation should take two of the following graduate core subjects

Undergraduate Elective Subjects

Students enrolled in the Technology in Language Learning specialisation can select up to three (37.5 points) of the following subjects as part of their first 100 points in the program

LING90002 Presenting Academic Discourse is only available to students of non English Speaking background.

Students taking LING90010 Minor Thesis should do so in the final semester of their course and must have completed or be concurrently enrolled in Research in Applied Linguistics (LING90003).
