Narrative Projects 1A teaches craft skills in the First Semester that cover major aspects of filmmaking specific to this chosen strand of study. This subject is delivered in practical based workshops, where students learn to apply the skills taught in Screenwriting 1 and Screen Language 1A by assuming responsibility for their semester one production. Each student will write, direct and edit one exercise. In addition, students will crew and collaborate on other student productions within their own year group. Students may elect to produce their Exercise One project on or off campus depending on the necessary locations. Students are also expected, when crewing on fellow student’ exercises, to work on or off campus.
