Students will be responsible for creating a short piece of performance in a designated theatre space, mounting the production and organising its performance in front of an audience.
|Objectives:||On completion of this subject students should be able to demonstrate the production values required to serve their concept. They should be able to demonstrate an ability to plan and organise a performance within resource constraints creatively and effectively, using a range of production elements. Students should also demonstrate skills learnt in first year regarding archiving their work to a standard expected. Students should be able to articulate their original idea, the process of creating it and the final product, in a written format in the form of a reflective paper.|
Students are required to submit a 200 word draft of their creative proposal at least 2 weeks prior to performance date. Draft (10%); Performance project (10%); Reflective paper 500 words (20%); module specific (60%).
