Prerequisites: | Completion of the first 100 points of the Master of Art Curatorship, Master of Cinema Management, Master of Arts Management, Master of Arts and Cultural Management, or Master of Arts and Cultural Management (Moving Image). Students who wish to undertake both Internship I and Internship II must consult the program coordinator for permission. |

Non Allowed Subjects: | Students who have previously completed 107-547 Art Curatorship Internship, 760-435 Internship 1, or 107-544 Work Experience Placement are not eligible to enrol in this subject. |

Subject Overview: |
Students enrolled in this subject will be assisted to find a placement in a professional working environment. They will work for approximately 100 hours under the guidance of a senior staff member, with additional support from the subject co-ordinator and weekly seminars. The placement will enable students to apply in a practical environment skills developed in their other coursework units. Students will thus gain direct exposure to professional practice in their chosen field. |

Assessment: | A reflective journal assignment 1500 words 40% (due throughout the semester), and written work or equivalent to 3500 words 60% (due at the end of the internship). |
