The Executive Master of Arts (EMA) is designed for graduates who are eager to shape leadership roles for themselves in the 21st century. It is a program which recognises the unique benefits to be had through combining traditional Arts strengths in analysis, ethics and critical reasoning with a skill set appropriate for managing resources, planning projects and delivering results in a dynamic contemporary environment. |

The EMA curriculum has three key modules: The Professional Skills module comprising of six compulsory subjects:
The Discipline Module allows students to take six electives in the social sciences, humanities and languages. Subjects offered in the discipline module will not require previous study in that discipline and will be accessible to all EMA students regardless of the nature of their first degree. The Applied Module requires students to undertake a compulsory subject on Project Management to prepare them for their work experience and then either:
