The Executive Master of Arts (EMA) is designed for graduates who are eager to shape leadership roles for themselves in the 21st century. It is a program which recognises the unique benefits to be had through combining traditional Arts strengths in analysis, ethics and critical reasoning with a skill set appropriate for managing resources, planning projects and delivering results in a dynamic contemporary environment.

Structure & Available Subjects:

The Executive Master of Arts 100 point program has two key modules:

The Professional Skills module comprising of six compulsory subjects:

  • Leadership Theory and Practice
  • Thinking and Acting Ethically
  • Working the World
  • Budgets & Financial Management
  • Creative Thinking and the Power of Ideas
  • Professional Communication

The Applied Module requires students to undertake an Internship of eight weeks in a corporate, NGO, government or international organisation.
