Topics will include: Vision and goal-setting; communicating and collaborating; creating productive environments; effective planning and performance; reflection and problem-solving. There will be strong emphasis on the notion of teaching as leadership. |

A 1500-word action plan for dealing with a problem within a school setting, due at the end of the initial intensive (75 per cent); A 500-word reflection on the process of producing the action plan (25 per cent), due one week after the initial intensive. |
