Subject Overview: | Students of this subject will undertake a course of directed reading and essay work of an approved topic. Areas of study include creative writing, media arts and new media, theatre studies, visual arts, and cross-disciplinary studies. Students will be assigned a supervisor who will provide advice, guidance and give approval for the chosen essay topic. Permission to undertake this subject must be obtained from the Head of program or BCA fourth-year honours coordinator. |

Assessment: | A 1000 word journal 20% detailing time and resource management during the period of study (due at the end of semester) and presentation of a 4000-word essay 80% (due at the end of semester). |
