Subject Overview:

The Guitar Ensemble rehearses and prepares programs of music suitable for the size and make up of the group. It will include original works by staff and students and will have as a basic component a substantial improvisatory content.

Assessment: Continuous: Preparation and commitment as demonstrated by performance tasks and/or a regularly updated journal of activities enbracing all areas studied (50%) - Hurdle requirement 80% attendance.Formal: One performance or recording (50%).
