Subject Overview:

An introduction to property management:

  • Building operations and maintenance
  • information bases
  • Building pathology
  • Asset management, facilities management and planning
  • Sustainability issues in property management
Assessment:
  • Staged assignments totaling 2000 words (40%)
  • One three-hour examination (60%)

A grade of at least 40% must be achieved in the final examination in order to pass the subject.
