|Subject Overview:||This subject provides an overview of principles of the formulation of medicine, including chemistry (forecasting impurities which might arise during manufacturing, stability and storage of drugs, degradation products), factors determining dosage form designs (solubility, pH, particle size and shape) and associated problems of scaling up production, drug delivery systems, assay procedures/limitations of different analytical methods, quality control and assurance/stability testing and shelf life determination.|
