Upon completion of this subject, the student should be familiar with the basic precepts of a particular research topic in electrical engineering.

The content of this subject will change from year to year. The subject will be used to present new research-oriented topics in electrical engineering in formal lectures, and will often be presented by researchers who are visiting the department.

The content and nature this subject will vary from year to year, as will the form of assessment. Students will be advised of the assessment details at the start of semester.

This subject is not available as a breadth subject.
