|Subject Overview:||The project and construction manager; organisational structures; management of personnel; selection of consultants or contractors, communication processes; industrial relations; occupational health and safety; meetings; delegation and communication.|
|Objectives:||To develop the skills required to manage the human, physical and financial resources for the successful delivery of a project from its conception, through its development, design, delivery and commissioning.|
|Assessment:||One written examination not exceeding 2 hours (50%) plus a written assignment of up to 3000 words (50%).|
