Subject Overview: |
This subject studies the traditional role of management and its relationship with leadership. Leadership is examined from various perspectives, including Australian and international perspectives. A selection of important leadership issues is also covered, including leading change and transformation and the role of leaders in developing positive organisational cultures. |

A 2-hour written examination (30%), individual assignment of 2,500 words (50%), group presentations, 750 word summary and copy of Powerpoint presentation (20%). |
