|Time Commitment:||Contact Hours: Regular contact with the supervisor over two consecutive semesters of enrolment |
Total Time Commitment: 0.5 contact hours/week, 19.5 additional hours/week. Total of 20 hours per week.

|Subject Overview:||An independent research project on a topic to be approved by the course coordinator, under the supervision of a member of the academic staff.|
|Assessment:||A thesis of 15,000 words due at the end of the second semester of enrolment. A hurdle requirement is the submission of a statement of a research problem at a date to be specified by week one of the first semester of enrolment.|
