To be advisedSubject Overview: | Students of this subject will undertake a course of directed reading and essay work of an approved topic. Areas of study include creative writing, media arts and new media, theatre studies, visual arts, and cross-disciplinary studies. Students will be assigned a supervisor who will provide advice, guidance and give approval for the chosen essay topic. Permission to undertake this subject must be obtained from the Head of School or BCA fourth-year honours coordinator. |

Assessment: | A 1000 word journal 20% detailing time and resource management during the period of study (due at the end of semester) and presentation of a 4000-word essay 80% (due at the end of semester).Assessment submitted late without an approved formal extension will be penalised at 2% per day. Students who fail to submit up to 2-weeks after the final due date without a formal extension and/or special consideration will receive a fail grade for the piece of assessment. |
