Subject Overview: | To prepare for performance a major Concerto or Chamber work appropriate to the level of the degree. The performance should achieve a level appropriate to the international concert podium. The work chosen should further reflect and amplify the central focus of the thesis. |

Assessment: | A public performance under concert conditions of the work studied. Students are to write their own program notes to be assessed as part of the performance. Both the program and the performance date are to be approved by the Graduate Studies Committee. Assessment is on a Pass/Fail basis. |
