Entry Requirements: | Entry to the Graduate Diploma in Building Surveying requires a pass degree in a cognate discipline such as Architecture or Engineering and at least one year of relevant professional work experience. Applicants will also be selected from individuals who have satisfactorily met the requirements for registration by the Building Practitioners Board of Victoria (or equivalent) as a Building Inspector - Unlimited. (This requires completion of an Associate Diploma in Applied Science (Building Inspection) and three years of approved industry experience). Application Closing Dates
