|Subject Overview:||The aim of this subject is to develop an understanding of management, leadership and change in youth health, education or welfare organisations. This subject will include a critical analysis of organisational structures and decision making processes in relation to working with other organisations. Strategies to maximise an organisation's capacity to work in effective cross-sectoral practice will be explored. This subject will introduce students to principles and practice of organisational, community and systems change as it relates to youth-focused services, programs and policies. The subject will also develop students' capacity to lead and manage cross-sectoral projects and create a "learning organisation" culture.|
