A comprehensive approach to managing risks involves connecting stakeholder expectations, including social responsibility factors, governance, and strategic decisions and performance both financial and non-financial. This subject will examine frameworks and literatures, case studies and systems that can contribute to effective risk management. Participants will gain an appreciation of the dynamic and contingent nature of corporate risk, its relationship to business success, current practice and tools and examples.
