Subject Overview: |
Image researching, referencing and making, in new and existing forms. A series of presentations and self-directed animation project-related research. This subject includes an embedded program in academic literacy skills of analysis, discussion, essay writing, research and information retrieval. |

On completion of this subject students should be able to:-

Assessment: |
Practical Project (30 second animated sequence or equivalent) (20%); Research Progress Report (1 x 15 minute presentation or equivalent) Mid Semester (20%); Research Report (1,500 words or equivalent) End of Semester (50%); Workshop Participation* (10%). *Participation assessed on criteria of engagement, ability to discuss & give/receive feedback and teamwork skills.
Hurdle requirements Students must attend 80% of all scheduled classes and attempt all elements of assessment to be eligible for a pass in this subject. |
