Assessment: |
Three major assignments totalling 5,000 words per student as a staged analysis of a building asset. Assignment 1: Group assignment reporting on Asset Description, Condition, & Future Technical Requirements, due week 5, 25%, 1250 words per student. Assignment 2: Group assignment reporting on Asset Market Analysis, due week 8, 20%, 1000 words per student. Assignment 3: Individual assignment reporting on Modelling and Financial Analysis, due week 12, 55%, 2750 words. |
