This subject comprises two modules: Clinical Practice: Dental materials and the principles and techniques of restorative dentistry in the deciduous and permanent dentition, scaling and root debridement; the prevention of dental caries and periodontal diseases in children, adolescents and young adults and the prevention and management of periodontal disease across all ages. Specialist areas in Dentistry: Specialist areas of dentistry including periodontics, prosthodontics and paediatric dentistry. |
