Subject Overview:

The candidate will research and develop a research paper supporting or complementary to their major project.

Learning Outcomes:
  • To gain a strong intellectual and contextual understanding in their area of research
  • To develop advanced research skills and the ability to develop and sustain an academic argument.
Assessment:

10,000 word research paper or equivalent.

On completion of the dissertation, the candidate should be able to
