Subject Overview: |
Students will continue the program of practical study commenced in earlier Music Performance subjects. Vocal and instrumental students will further develop their technique and awareness of the stylistic and interpretative characteristics of the repertory studied with an individually designed program of suitable technically-based repertoire in preparation for an end-of-semester examination. |

Vocal and instrumental students: a twenty-minute recital examination at the end of the semester of approved repertoire (100%); satisfactory teacher’s report indicating progress made toward the examination; and satisfactory attendance at instrumental or vocal class and at concert class throughout the semester |

Students must submit a Practical Examination Program Approval form to the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music no later than the end of week eight of the semester in which the examination is to occur. |
