Subject Overview: |
Students will nominate a research topic from a list provided by the subject co-ordinator. The student will be introduced to ethical considerations, how to complete a literature review and scientific writing styles, methods for the analysis and appraisal of other published work, and scientific Levels of Evidence. Students will learn to summarise their aims, hypotheses and methods. All students are required to produce a manuscript in the form of a scientific paper suitable for submission to an international peer-reviewed publication. |
