The specialisation in cost management prepares students for a professional career in quantity surveying, cost engineering and cost estimating in the Australian and the international market. Its main technical component is concerned with all aspects of contractual and financial management in construction projects. |

Subject Options: | Cost Management specialisation subjectsCore specialisation subjectsStudents are required to successfully complete all of the following subjects (112.5 points) in order to obtain the Cost Management specialisation in the Master of Construction Management. Subject Study Period Commencement: Credit Points: Elective specialisation subjectsStudents are required to successfully complete at least 50 points from the following subjects in order to obtain the Cost Management specialisation in the Master of Construction Management. Subject Study Period Commencement: Credit Points: Multidisciplinary electivesStudent complete 37.5 points of multidisciplinary electives which may include any of the following:
