Subject Overview: |
An individually negotiated project relating to education, in which the student undertakes a theoretical study of a global issues in education (eg. a substantial critical review of a particular body of literature), a research project relating to educational practice in international education, or an approved program of professional development at an appropriate level, such as an internship in a transnational setting. The student will negotiate a contract with the supervisor, clearly specifying the outcomes and the criteria on which the work will be judged.

Assessment: |
A project of 10,000 words or equivalent (100 per cent), due in the examination period. The nature of the project work submitted for assessment will depend on the type of negotiated project undertaken. It may take the form of an essay, report, reflective journal or extensive literature review. |
