Subject Overview: |
This subject involves a study of an approved topic in global public policy and international relations. Details of the program being offered will be available from the School. Students who complete this subject successfully should have demonstrated a specialist understanding of the topic, contributed effectively to the work of the seminar, shown a capacity for an advanced level of analysis and familiarised themselves with the latest directions of research into that particular topic. |

The student will have acquired additional information, methodology or skills directly relevant to their program of study. |
Assessment: |
Individual learning log (30%): 1500 word diary (paper, blog, video or combination) recording learning arising from participation in the module, to be delivered within 3 weeks of module completion.
Assignment (60%): 3,000 word paper providing comparative analysis of one area of public policy relevant to the module, to be delivered within 6 weeks of module completion.
Group report (pass/fail) (10%): 15 minute presentation by cross-university group plus Q&A session, at end module, assessed pass/fail by module tutors. |
