Specialist Certificate in Executive Leadership

The program is designed to offer life-long learning opportunities for professionals seeking to extend their business and management skills and knowledge. The subjects are offered intensively in an executive education format. The learning experience includes lectures, case studies, group discussions, simulations and software tools.

To satisfy the requirements of the Specialist Certificate in Executive Leadership, students must successfully complete 4 subjects, a total of 25 points.

1.The Selection Committee will evaluate the applicant’s ability to pursue successfully the course using the following criteria –

·An undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification, plus at least 5 years of documented, relevant professional experience; or

·10 years of documented relevant professional experience which demonstrates the capacity to successfully undertake the course

2. The Selection Committee may conduct interviews and tests and may call for referee reports or employer references to elucidate any of the matters referred to above.
