To satisfy the requirements of the Specialist Certificate in Executive Leadership, students must successfully complete 4 subjects, a total of 25 points.
Executive Decision Making & Negotiation (6.25 points) Strategic Financial Analysis (6.25 points) Governance and Risk Management in Asia (6.25 points) Motivating and Managing Performance (6.25 points) Market Leadership and Strategic Marketing (6.25 points) Brand Strategy and Leadership (6.25 points)

Entry Requirements: |
1.The Selection Committee will evaluate the applicant’s ability to pursue successfully the course using the following criteria –
·An undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification, plus at least 5 years of documented, relevant professional experience; or ·10 years of documented relevant professional experience which demonstrates the capacity to successfully undertake the course
2. The Selection Committee may conduct interviews and tests and may call for referee reports or employer references to elucidate any of the matters referred to above. |
