Subject Overview: | This subject focuses on the evolution in the organizational form of human service organizations in relation to external and internal change pressures and the management challenges these present. Particular attention will be given to the strategic management of networked meta campus structures. In the second part of the subject students will undertake a strategic case study of a particular problem in their own organization. |
