This subject involves a study of an approved topic in publishing and communications. Details of the program being offered will be available from the coordinator. Students who complete this subject successfully should have demonstrated a specialist understanding of the topic, shown a capacity for an advanced level of analysis and familiarised themselves with the latest directions of research into that particular topic. |

Assessment: | Written work totalling 5000 words 100% (due at the end of the semester). Essays submitted after the due date without an extension will be penalised 2% per day. Essays submitted after two weeks of the assessment due date without a formally approved application for special consideration or an extension will only be marked on a pass/fail basis if accepted. |
