Subject Overview: This subject focuses on the leadership and management competencies necessary to create an effective environment to enhance student learning and success. Topics include: teaching and learning methodologies, assessing student needs, staff development, curriculum administration and structure, computer-based learning, organizational culture, and assessment and reporting.

Assessment: Written assignment or project equivalent to 4,000 words (100 per cent).
