This subject is an advanced study of the normal structure and function of the neuromusculoskeletal system. The syllabus will include a detailed study of the topographical and applied anatomy of the joints and regions of the trunk and limbs. Students will demonstrate detailed knowledge of structural anatomy including the ability to accurately identify exposed anatomical structures and their important relations, and structures in cross sections of the body at various levels. Knowledge of the relationship between normal structure and function will be studied at an advanced level. Anatomy and applied anatomy theory will be applied to selected clinical scenarios affecting these regions. |

Anatomy (flag race) 1 hour examination (40%), one written assignment of 2,000 words and class presentation of integrated problem (60%). |
