Subject Overview: | Topics include the land development process, residential subdivision design requirements in Victoria, the subdivision design process, energy efficient subdivisions, planning legislation and environmental controls; the preparation of plans of subdivision and association documentation; and the use of computer-aided design and drafting techniques. |

Assessment: | A practical assigment with 3 components worth 20% (workload 10 hours), 50% (workload 30 hours), and 30% (workload 20 hours) respectively due at monthly intervals during the semester. |
