Subject Overview: |
Students will establish a sizeable concert repertory covering all styles, and will be able to show that the ability to manage stress will ensure sound concert presentation. Areas to be covered include advanced study of instrumental or vocal technique and all related aspects of music performance. In addition, classes in the repertoire and materials of the instrument will be held. |

Assessment: |
Students must prepare a program of approved pieces of 35 minutes from which the examiners will choose 30 minutes for examination at the end of the year (100%). Programs must be submitted to the coordinator for approval not later than week 8 of the semester. Students must participate as a performer (as determined by the coordinator) in concert class, performance class and instrument class as arranged in order to complete the subject. |
